Thank you for your purchase. I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not over the moon with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to me for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on my return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unused condition, and be undamaged unless communicated with me beforehand.
To return an item, please email me to obtain a mailing label. After receiving a mailing label, place the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt, and mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact me to arrange a refund or exchange or sent in for repairs. I will need photos of the damage product and photos of the damage or defective area. When sending back the product, I will need a copy of the receipt in the original packaging.

I offer repairs for any products either created by me or someone else. All repairs done to my products are free. You need to email me with pictures and a description of the repair before any products will be sent to me. All shipping will be covered by myself. When sending the product, I will need a copy of the receipt.
For products made by other artists, I highly recommend you try contacting the original artist before contacting me for a repair. There will be a 25 dollar repair fee for these types of products. Please contact me with a description and photos of the damage that you would like repaired, before sending me any products.
Repairs can take from 30 to 60 days depending on the damage. If the item is too far damaged, it will be returned to you unless you state otherwise. An email will be sent out when the repairs are completed and when it is shipped.
